Stage 2: Dexus Industrial Subdivision

FDC Constructions and Fit Out awarded Universal Civil Stage Two of the Dexus Industrial Subdivision in Richlands after they successfully completed Stage One of the project for ADCO Constructions.

Stage Two consisted of the construction of 3 Warehouses on a site covering 5 hectares (50,278m2). Our contract included all Bulk Earthworks, Civil Storm Water, Aggregates and Pavements for this Project. We also completed the associated works which included the provision of a trunk access road, and road widening of Archerfield Road for the length of the eastern frontage of the site. The construction project took 9 months to complete including handover and maintenance of the Archerfield Road widening.
