Hard Day in the Office for The Boys
Universal Civil works hard to ensure that its Employees are well-educated and up-to-date with the appropriate knowledge and understanding of their respective roles.
It is our goal that all employees of Universal Civil adequately understands and operates a significant set of skills learnt through company training. This not only improves an individuals performance in their current roles, but ultimately, the performance of an entire team.
We, at Universal Civil, are proudly focused on the development of all employees with the primary focus to encourage internal growth within our company.
This week we currently have a group of boys participating in a Dogman’s Course. The team is dedicating a total 5 days, both practical and theoretical, to learning new skills in this area of expertise.
Since the recent relocation of our Office, employees now have a comfortable environment and facility to undergo such assessments.
