Project Overview
Dexus Richlands under ADCO Constructions was awarded to Universal Civil in July 2014.
We were enlisted to construct two Building Pads; Building 5 spanning approximately 15,000m2. We also constructed all associated works including civil storm water, the aggregates, and the asphaltic concrete pavements. Universal Civil also constructed the central road to this project.
